I had some good and bad experiences at Gresham 4 Wheel Drive, first I had a winch and power running boards installed in my 2014 Jeep Wangler JK which I think they did a good job. Then they did some suspensions repairs on my jeep and I didn’t even make it home when I experienced some Death Wobble plus the welding they did on it was not very good ether which I think is very unsafe which can result in having an accident. It’s now been a month and I haven’t been able to find a solution with this business because they want me to cover towing when it isn’t my fault that they weren’t able to do a good job the first time. I have had to take my Jeep to Les shrub to see if they could fix the problem but I was recommended to take the vehicle back to the shop because it needs major repairs. Then I took my Jeep to the dealership which I had to pay 250 for a diagnostic to get told by the technician to take the vehicle back to the shop that did the work. All of this is not very nice because it’s the only car I own and it’s now useless because of the work they do which if I had know that this would happen I would have never done this repairs in the beginning because it has been costing me money and time I have been losing to get this Problem solved. I can't say enough how awesome my experience was, from getting a quote and having the work done in a timely fashion. I had a horrible experience with another shop nearby. We all had a good laugh at my truck, the other shop lowered the front 3.5 inches and had the back up 6.5 inches. I felt like a out of work drug dealer from 1970. It drove like a pig. Gresham 4 wheel Drive fixed it and packaged up the old new parts and I took them back for a refund. The other shop though they were new never installed, I had to assure them they were there parts.
